For some of our clients, you can now manage your account online.
To access our portal, you will first need to register with an email address, and create an account password.
When registered, you can then link your account using the Advantis Reference number on the front of your letter, and your unique passcode (shown on the back of the letter).
If the letter you received from us does not contain a passcode, at present we cannot link your account on our system; please contact us to discuss your account further.
When registered and you have linked your account, you will be able to:
- See outstanding balances
- Update your address
- Update your contact details
- Update your personal information
- Send us a message
- Request a call back
- Complete an Income & Expenditure Form
- Make a payment
- Setup a payment arrangement
- Upload documentation
