Why have I been contacted?

Our client, Swinton, believe that you owe them some money. This is in relation to either a home or motor insurance policy which was being paid monthly by direct debit.

Advantis have now become involved as there is an outstanding balance on the account and Swinton have been unsuccessful in their attempts to resolve this with you. The outstanding balance will have come about because

  1. You have defaulted on your direct debit or
  2. You have cancelled your insurance during the term of the policy or
  3. An insurance claim has been paid out.

 

I’ve never had an insurance policy with Swinton

Swinton act as an Insurance Broker so your policy documents may be in the name of your insurance provider, however the policy will have been arranged and the subsequent payment plan organised through Swinton.

 

I can’t afford to pay this at the moment – what should I do?

Advantis are here to work with you to find the most appropriate solution for your needs. We’ll be flexible to your circumstances. It may be possible to arrange to repay the outstanding balance in instalments. The best thing to do is to get in touch with us, so that one of our debt specialists can assist you.
