You will find the Advantis reference clearly printed as the first number on the top right on any letters that we send you about your account.

Please note that this is our reference, and not the reference the client originally gave the account which is usually displayed below for reference.

On some letters, the reference is included in the title bar below the address field.

If you have received an SMS from Advantis regarding your account, we also include our reference number as part of the message to one of our people can bring up your account, when you call.
